Choosing between the two is like comparing apples to oranges. For high-impact protection like rock chips and paint swirls, we recommend paint protection film. For enhancing the gloss and ease of washing we recommend a ceramic coating. Ideally, we would pair the two services for the ultimate protection.

Vehicle wrap applications can be done in as little as 1-2 days, depending on the vehicle type, size and complexity of the wrap. When you schedule your drop off date we will let you know when to expect pick-up to be.

Before dropping off your vehicle we ask that you wash it, with no wax. It is important that all vehicles for wrapping are free of oil, wax, dust, mud and other agents that may prevent the vinyl wrap from adhering properly to the vehicle surface, scratch the paint, or cause bubbling after the wrap is installed. We conduct a vehicle inspection before installation and improper cleaning may result in a void of the warranty and additional charge.

If a piece of debris has penetrated all the way through the clear coat on the film, it will not self-heal. The only way to fix this would be to have the piece of film replaced. The self-healing clear coat of PPF is designed to repair itself from swirl marks and light scratches from car washes.

While the edge of the film can be seen from certain angles, people generally do not notice it unless they are looking for it. However, on white or lighter colored cars, or if the car is dirty, it can become more noticeable. We advise to always do a full hood install to eliminate this issue.

You can install graphics on top of existing PPF. If applying PPF first and then installing graphics on top in the same visit, please allow drying time.
