Vehicle Wrap Installer

Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and reliable. Experience/certification is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Full color change vehicle wrap applications: chrome, color shift, textured materials.
  • Commercial vehicle wrap applications.
  • Building/window/retail graphics installations.
  • Work with vehicle wrap prep team and designers to ensure our installations exceed all expectations.

Qualifications

  • Experience working in a vehicle graphics environment.
  • Can wrap a commercial vehicle unsupervised.
  • Minimal production training preferred.

Administrative Assistant

To fully support the operational needs of the office and installation staff.

Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Field telephone calls.
  • Intake and pickup of customer vehicles.
  • Greet visitors and customers and direct to proper staff member.
  • Maintain and coordinate schedules, appointments, and calendars.
  • Maintain customer database, enter customer orders, take payment, deliver receipt emails.
  • Create and maintain an organized filing system.
  • Maintain office supplies and organize as needed.
  • Assist sales team with follow up on quotes and sales orders.
  • Support office staff as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ years of related experience working in a similar industry.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to organize and create orderly systems.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experienced in computer technology that includes email, google docs, customer database and google calendar.
  • Valid driver’s license.
